PRODUCT DID NOT WORK......I returned product with my receipt............"no hassle 60 day return"...IT says so right on the bottom of my receipt....but the only thing I got ,when I tried to return a product that didn't work, was a HASSLE....First the checker, had to call over another clerk, who had to call the manager, (TIM) of store # 15335..He said cause I used the product, he could not take it back...

I don't know how I would know if it worked, UNLESS I USED IT.. !!!!!

Manager told me to go talk to the manufacturer.....This is their "no hassle return policy"?...Home Depot from now on...........................................................................

So this "manager" TIM of store 15355, would rather lose a good customer, have a complaint filed with the BBB , than give a $9. refund for a product they sell that did not work....

What is the address of the store? They are usually higher than the Home Depots of the world too!
